- Leverage professional network to identify opportunities for Frontera
- Facilitate Initial discovery calls with clients to develop high level scope for Oracle HCM opportunities
- Develop responses to client procurement RFIs and tender questions for Oracle HCM
- Provide knowledge of Oracle HCM applications and integrations, benefits to client, overview of Frontera products and services
- Stay current with all Frontera service offerings – cross application, cross-geography
- Stay current with Oracle products and offerings – attend conferences, webinars
The Cloud HCM Consultant will be a key member of Frontera UK’s HCM Practice. A Consultant at Frontera is expected to engage in activities in support of both successful project delivery and business development. These activities include the following:
PRE-SALES/SALES
SOLUTION ARCHITECTURE
- Working closely with the Frontera team to propose realistic, implementable solutions that incorporate client requirements, software capability and future directions
- Keep up with current releases, features and practices and share with team
- Perform hands-on delivery of workshops, configuration, and other project tasks as necessary
DELIVERY
- Serve as the Cloud HCM Consultant on projects through the full project life cycle: planning, configuration, design, build, testing, training, go-live and post-production support
- Working closely with client teams to understand their needs and offer solutions and design
- Build up best practices within the Oracle HCM solutions (Global Human Resources, Talent Management, Workforce Management, Payroll)
- Design and build of reports for Frontera knowledge library
- Post-secondary degree from an accredited institution
- 10 years of experience as an HCM delivery consultant; 3+ years with Oracle Cloud HCM
- Must have: Oracle Cloud HCM – including Global Human Resources, Talent Management, Workforce Management, Recruiting, Learning and HR Helpdesk
- Nice to have: Oracle Cloud Payroll, Oracle Cloud reporting tools experience (e.g. OTBI), HCM Data Loader and/or HCM Data Extracts
- Advanced knowledge and experience of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently with minimal instructions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – verbal and written
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Attention to detail
