What you bring to the table:
- At least 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud PPM with at least 3 full life-cycle implementations.
- Experience as a senior team member or lead within an implementation a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, prototypes, functional configuration, testing, client user training.
- Experience with working with client teams, on-shore and off-shore teams.
- You are a PPM SME. Oracle Cloud PPM certification is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to speak to clients on both business and IT side
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Team player
