John Lee is a co-founder of Frontera Consulting and is responsible for Global Delivery for all engagements which includes overseeing all client service and satisfaction. He is responsible for the Frontera delivery model as well as the Frontera implementation methodology. John also leads the CRM and SaaS practice focusing on project delivery, architecture assessments, and custom development. 

With over 25 years of experience in delivering complex CRM, Subscription Billing, Quote to Cash and SaaS solutions, John is responsible for Frontera’s SaaS alliances, including RecVue, Sugar CRM, Zuora, Connection Cloud and Salesforce.com. He serves as a Trusted Advisor and continues to serve in solutioning challenging complex engagements to successful completion.

Prior to founding Frontera, John was a Practice Lead at EMC Consulting and Practice Manager for ZensarThoughtDigital. He started his career at GE Trading and Citibank prior to joining Price Waterhouse Management Consulting Services leading and managing both onshore and offshore teams. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Information Systems from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
